Efforts to Promote Richmond as a Tourist Destination

• RRC actively works with these organizations and others:
• Metropolitan Richmond Convention and Visitor Bureau (see letters of recommendation)
• RRC donates trips to be used to “sell” Richmond.
• Works with to generate articles about Richmond.
• Currently lends our rafting images to RMCVB to promote Richmond.
• Actively participates in many functions to promote Richmond.
• Greater Richmond Tourism Association (see letters of recommendation)
• Active board member.
• Richmond Motorcoach Network (see letters of recommendation)
• Works with RMN to market Richmond as a motorcoach tour destination.
• Member of marketing committee.
• Virginia Tourism Corporation
• Currently lends our rafting images to VTC to promote Richmond.
• Has worked with VTC to promote Virginia as a travel destination.
• Co-sponsored a rafting activity with Virginia Governor, Lt. Governor and their families.
